Had placed an order for New Micromax Nitro Mobile - Blue color . Which costs few Hundred Rupees more than the other available color. When the product got delivered it was White in color, which I never wanted. Immediately Booked a complaint( Request number - 10492227).
Was informed that it will be picked up for exchange with-in next 48 hours. After 48 hours when pick up did not happen, called up Snapdeal Customer Care again & was informed that pick up will happen in next 48 hours.
So Agonizing not to have got the product for which I have paid my hard earned money & is more difficulty to get it exchanged. God only knows when will I get the actual product purchased by me, for which have made Advance payment through CC.
