Never buy a product from Snapdeal.com. Review on Snapdeal

I had placed an order in snapdeal.com(Order number:3275918839 - "Ridhi Sidhi Copper Coated Steel Bucket")on 20th Oct2014 and they promised me that they will deliver the product within 26th Oct2014 but then didn't deliver on time. I wrote many mails to snapdeal customer care team and after requesting many times, finally they delivered the product on 30th Oct.

When I saw the product, the product was totally damaged and almost broken. After looking at the worst quality of the product, I decided to return the product back and raised a complaint and to my surprise the website was not accepting any images(i tried with all kind of format but didn't help). Finally I sent the images via email and requested for return and refund on 1st Nov but till now they have not picked the damaged item back.

I am getting a mail from NUVOEX courier saying that my package will be picked up by Narendra with Mobile number but to my surprise that mobile number is switched off and snapdeal team are not responding to any of my request and emails. I am not ready to compromise with the damaged and the least quality product and I want my money back but Snapdeal team are not even caring about my concern. If they dont pick up by this week then I have to throw the product in a gutter).

I have questions like how could they send the product with out checking the quality of the product and how can they give the reverse pickup to careless people like NUVOEX(one the worst courier). I will never buy any product from SNAPDEAL.COM and requesting people to be aware of these cheaters.

SNAPDEAL says entire thing is covered with "Trustpay" and according to the trustpay policy, it is mentioned as they will refund the entire amount if they don't deliver the product within3 days of the promised delivery date. Here they promised me that they will deliver the product on 26th but delivered after 4 days(30thOCT). And  they have also mentioned that the product has to be returned with in 7 days of receipt but NUVOEX team are not picking my call nor picking my product.

SNAPDEAL are a big cheater and their partner NUVOEX are double cheaters. Never buy product in snapdeal.com. Looks like my money is gone. This was the first time I used snapdeal and I am left with worst and very bad experience.
