I bought "Just Henry Light Blue Shirt-JH-010" from Snapdeal.com on 30th March using the SD cash I earned by referring members of my Website.
Order ID :- 471970573
Amount :- 649 Rs
Till Yesterday , i.e. 16th April they did not shipped the product ordered. Every time I used to get a reply that "Product is not available in stock , and will be shipped when available"
I got fed up and send them an email asking them to cancel the Order, and refund the SD cash that has been used in this order by me, so that I can use that cash in buying some other Shirt.
Few minutes later , a cancellation email came as I expected it, as I myself asked them to cancel the order, I waited few hours so that I can get the refund of the SD cash used. But to my disappointment they did not refunded it.
I opened a ticket, they denied to return that SD cash, and said that this cash was earned through fraud referrals, Where as my point is that I have not used any fraud methods to gain this SD cash. These points I gained by giving my referral link to my Family Members , My friends AND to thousands of members of an online shopping Deal Discussion Forum where I am the ADMIN.
I will purely call it a cheating where Snapdeal is playing with the trust of its Loyal Members.
First They don't ship the product and if then any customer gets frustrated and ask them to cancel the order, they cancel it but they did not refund the money.
My advice to all of you is not to fall in trap of these so called Deal Sites. You will lose your money and time both.
