I have made a order of iphone 6 gold through snapdeal when the product was available . But i dont know how the product became unavailable and i was informed my product was cancelled . But this was a harrasement to customer and more like a scam by snapdeal where a product becomes unavailable even when it shows available and in stock by snapdeal and still the product is available by the seller with which i went with my order . Thats strange right? It is very strange . Dont know whats fishy in this you may be only knowing it .anyways i dont care about it .
So after seeing my product cancelled i took strong action against the company by forwarding the complain of scam and harassement and cheating and playing with feelings of customer and wasting their time by forwarding the complains to higher government departments, social media, newspapers and infact was also planning to send a registered letter to amir khan regarding the company he does advertisement for .
But i got call from snapdeal telling me they have again ordered my product and i will definitely receive the product by 22nd morning . But right now i am seeing that my seller is different and is a not well known seller and what information i found about the seller is is this company is a mobile repair company . I might be wrong too . But i will definitely inspect the product once i receive with apple company as i a apple customer since last 3 years so i have known apple associates with me .
Just see to it i receive a new phone with all the proper accesories and its a sealed packed phone like the apple store provides .
Dont try to play game with me anymore by trying to fool me . Because if something like this happens i will not inform snapdeal i will just move with product to newspaper companies and news channels .
Kindly dont take this message as just a random message because you might have to pay a big for it which is never expected by you and your ceo kunal like what happened with flipkart .
