I see a lot of positive reviews here for snapdeal. The only reason is because you never had to deal with their customer service. Luckily you got your package in good shape & you are all happy happy!
If you ever get to deal with their customer service, you will really understand how pathetic they really are. Keeping low prices & delivering on time is not the only thing that a customer expects from an e-commerce site. Its the post sales support which actually counts for a feedback / review.
I purchased 2 chairs from snapdeal sometime on Jan 16. I didnt like the chairs, so I returned them back for a full refund. But after few days I only received refund for only 1 chair! I had been complaining to their customer reps about this issue. But everytime I only get their promises saying - you will get 100% support from our side. We will look to get your 100% satisfaction. Almost every rep saying the same sentences. I wonder if these statements are by hearted from their training program!
Anyways, bottom line is, I never received refund for my 2nd chair even after 4 months now.
I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars. coz these people dont even deserve that 1 star! But I dont have a choice! This is a big scam website, eating money from such helpless people! Pls beware!
