Hi Snapdeal,
Firstly, good deals and nice website and range of collection. But you are largely being let down by your partners. I do not intend to shop again here and will stick with flipkart along with their flipkart first service.
I would like to make a suggestion regarding your shipment partners and your package method.
First, Please NEVER use BLUEDART. They are pathetic and highly unreliable and delay shipment like crazy. Since you directly compete with flipkart you will come out really bad as they have a wonderful shipment service which they have developed on their own. I DO NOT intend to make any more purchases in this website until you improve this.
The status of the shipment shows that delivery was attempted on 16th september but consignee was not available. But I never received any call not did anyone come to deliver on the 16th. This is just bullshit.
Second thing you need to focus is on packaging. This was my first order with snapdeal and I will not be a return customer to you. This is very bad for you since you cannot sustain your business if most people only buy once and decide service is bad. You cannot grow and make money this way. Coming back to the package, One of the items was already cracked when I received it.
Please focus more on improved service or you will see a huge fall in customer and will close before long.
