I would not ever recommend snapdeal for atleast electronics department.
I ordered swipe virtue on 27th and got the product on 28th the delivery was mind blowing.
But I unfortunately got a defective piece and thn all the headache started I have raised a complaint on 28th night at around 10pm.
ThEn I called snapdeal 6 times on 29th to confirm the complaint and then there engineer called me and said tht a expert will visit you b/w 2pm-3pm but no one came. Thn after calling snapdeal at 3:30 .
I received a call at 5 pm and she said, engg. Will call n take the time to come and no call came .Day 1 wasted .Thn next day
I called snapdeal and they had given me the time of 11am and know one came .Again snapdeal called me and said that they need 24 hrs more .Thn finally after so much efforts and calling they send a engg. And then a pick up guy came next evening and then my package is picked up .So the pickup process take 3-4 days .U can think the efforts you will have to give to return a package .So better go for Flipkart or Amazon. Thts Much better. Hope this review will help you.
