Broken Numero Uno sunglasses and no response actio

I am a very disappointed customer of Snapdeal.com. On 8 th February 2012, I placed an order with snapdeal.com for a numero uno men sunglass. My order number is 342776732. On 14th feb after about some 20 calls with Bluedart(their shipping partner) I finally got my order only to find the sunglasses broken into two pieces. I was really astonished since I never expected such a service from snapdeal.com. How can someone just pack a broken sunglass for their customer. I immediately called their customer service. The guy on the other side sounded pretty apologetic and assured me that within 48 hrs someone from bluedart will come and take back my order and then I will be shipped a new sunglass within 7 to 10 working days. Its already been 2 working days and I did not hear a word from either snapdeal or bluedart. Plus one of their customer service representative on my call this morning threw back attitude on me asking "Who told you it will be done within 48 hrs.


It will at least take 7 to 10 working days for the blue dart representative to come to your address". After hearing such ridiculous answer I understood how these people function. When a product goes out of stock, probably knowingly they send the customer a damaged piece to keep their promise of delivery within 8 working days, poor customer receives it, pays the money and then when he opens the cover and see the damaged piece, he has to spend 100s of rupees and keep calling the customer care for some answer and finally either forgets about the order or else buys it from outside. Anyways no one will travel to delhi to their office to sit on their heads, correct?But I am taking forward this fight and deny being treated like this. Please help me sir.
