I purchased a Toshiba Internal Hard drive on 16 /10/14.
They dispatched it after two long days and it reached me after 6 days on 22nd. Which is an awful lot of time taken.
Instead of my Product, I received a Toshiba Convio External Hard drive.I complained to them on their website the same day.
Their customer care is so damn pathetic... Ever try call their Number its always busy and the Automated voice disconnects your call after saying "All our lines are busy"
I got a response from them on 24/10/14. And they promised they will collect the wrong delivered hard drive in 48 hours but its been 4 days since their promise and 6 days since my complaint. And 12 days since i ordered the product but still its pathetic customer care wont even assure me that my money is safe and we are dispatching the correct product. Its so annoying and frustrating. And i feel like vomiting on their face. And abuse them. I hope their company shuts down. Pathetic Ecom Website ever.
