The courier service used by snapdeal to deliver their good is the most unreliable and pathetic service I have ever seen in my history of online shopping.
I had 2 different parcels(collected from same location and to be delivered at the same location) but they were tagged in 2 different AWB numbers. To add to this, they both were received at the delivery destination for courier company on the same day(20th Aug) but one gets delivered to me on next day(21st Aug) and other is still not delivered.
Tried calling the courier service several times but nobody seems to answer the phone. The head-office phone is out of service & in thane branch no body is picking up. When once parcel was delivered and I inquired when the other will arrive.
The delivery boy confirmed it will be done tomorrow on sunday. When I successfully manage to get supervisors number and tried calling on Sunday, his reply was "the guy who delivers on that route is not in today, so will be delivered tomorrow".
Is how the supply chain is managed just on one person and a big online company like Snapdeal relies on them? After this experience I believe I would never ever shop with snapdeal.
