Snapdeal is one of the worst online shopping center. I had purchased a Samsung phone from snapdeal few days back. I got the phone on time but it was faulty one. I complained to snapdeal about the batery issue and they sent an engineer who checked in front of me n said yes the phone has batery issue and when I contacted snapdeal they said that the engineer said there is no issue with the phone .I had paid 16k for this faulty phone . They say you go to the service centre for this problem . So using the phone for just 2 days and I already have to fix this phone? I wasted my money and energy for this pathetic service and faulty phone .
This the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. If the product was working properly I wouldn't have complained for it .
Fraud company fAult products pathetic customer service. Am going to drag them to consumer court for doing this fraud. Hi friend, Snapdeal is great online website becouse its fast delivery, secure payment. Ordered item is perfect when I receive this.
