I feel this review is:
I had ordered a product named 'Adcom P1120 11200 mAh Black Power Bank with Samsung Cells' on 19th of July 2014 from this fraudulent website. My order number was 2463917890. They have given me the estimated Delivery date of 23rd of July 2014 but I received it on 24th. I will tell each and every aspect of this website's working in this review. First let me tell you about this particular order. When I got my order through courier then it was very nicely packed, I accepted it and opened the package. What I went through after that is described in the points below:
After opening the package I reached to the product, its package or company pack was in unsealed condition.
Still neglecting that I taken out my product only to find that the connecting cables i.e. the cables used to charge this power bank and to connect it to mobile devices, are not present inside. Actually it has a separate compartment for these cables but no cables or connectors were present which obviously mean that someone has deliberately and intentionally removed them before packing.
Still, I connected the power bank to my mobile Nokia E5-00 using the data cable I got with my mobile. Shock continued when it didn't showed charging.
I picked up the power bank and tried to see the remaining charge in it on its display but the display is so poorly made that its readable only when u keep it perpendicular to your eyes and its either totally blank or can see all its characters if you tilt it slightly!
Then I started inspecting the product closely for its build-quality. And believe me the product looks totally like a China-Made electronic goods available at road side vendors.
Still, I thought to charge the power bank through my desktop PC and connected it to the USB port using same Nokia data cable for at least 3 hours.
The charge in the power bank reached 85% from the 60% when I had received it. Again I connected it to my mobile and still no indication of charging.
So, at last on 24th itself, at 14:45, I called Snapdeal about this whole thing, they assured me that they have raised a complaint of my issue and their concerned people will call me within next 48 hours. After that I received an email at 15:14 same day stating my complaint number'8081438'.
But mystery continued when I received mail from them at 17:18 that they are not able to contact me on my registered number!(although during that time my mobile was in full network coverage without and calls or data usage)
So I contacted them on 25th about the mail and the replacement/refund issue. They again said that their concerned people will call me. Now its 19:40 of 25th of July 2014 and till this time there is no call from their side. So the main thing which I point out in this whole review is that they are just fooling people with cheap and inferior products. And they don't even bother to contact back the customer if there is some issue like mine. Also, let me make it clear that I am not the 1st time buyer from Snapdeal. Since last 2 years I had purchased various items from them, but always, and yes always, they could not deliver me the products on their so called'Expected Delivery Date', and the sole reason behind this is that they use Bluedart Courier Services. This is the most stupid and cheater courier services available in India as per my personal experience. They always show either'Train/Bus/Vehicle Delayed' status on their tracking portal or 'Offloading Happened, will impact delivery time'. I had made complaints about this to Snapdeal each and every time I placed order with them and they tell me that for my PIN Code they have only this courier partner. And also promise me that for my next order they will surely use any other courier partner but when I place a new order that time they say that they have never promised such a thing to anyone. So, fellow members, you can see how this bunch of cheaters are fooling people of their money, time and strength by sending them cheap products and behaving rudely and speaking lies. They are a big time cheaters. I had searched online and found Snapdeal's founder and CEO Kunal Bahl's email id and emailed him the same concern with all the needed information. But still I haven't got any call or mail from their side. I request all my fellow readers and members to beware of this Snapdeal because at last we end up getting cheap and duplicate products at the price of branded ones.
