I have brought beyond B66 phone from snapdeal, on receiving the parcel, this phone camera is not working and it worked after re booting the phone. this is not working often, it is required to reset in rebooting mode every time I want to use the camera. so I sent video and photo graph of phone.
Snapdeal never picks the phone on 4th of this month, till 23rd Sept sent number of mails and facebook requests asking new phone replacement they did not respond. After forwarding the complaint to CEO, the snapdeal CC called me and said the defect is not noticed when they check, So they repair and send back. what they repair it, if the problem is not noticed, god only knows, the defect removing is the work of manufacturer, why snapdeal is certifying the defective product as good? Snapdeal has fraud’s intension to sent back. what about the proof I submitted that the phone is defective of photographs and video sent to Snapdeal. I am ready to file in the district consumer readdressel forum. it they fail to replace or refund. Snapdeal is regular fraud practitioner and cheating, worst then body shop.

So I request the readers help me with names and addresses of snapdeal and its directors to file case in consumer court.
Also request the Delhi local victims to file the compliment with ministerial Authorities and police. they may take action like timtara.
