I am a student. I heard about this website from my friends. I started buying lots of product. I have referred this website to my friend as well. But recently I ordered a phone from this site costing me around Rs 9500. I got it delivered in five days. I was not satisfied by the product I got. So I called there customer support team, it took me five attempt to get connected to there team. Of all the earlier attempt my call was dropped by there team. Then I explained my issue about the product. Actually I needed a set with removable battery. Because I am avid gamer and whenever my phone hangs I can remove the battery and use it again. Because I know about this problem in mobile.
I ordered it after checking there description about the product. It says box contains handset, battery, warranty card etc. I told them everything about my issue. They just kept ranting about there return policy, in which it is not mentioned specifically that mobile will not be returned. I requested them to replace it with some other model, they refused. There talking tone was very harsh. when I asked them to connect me to their supervisor, they kept me on hold for about 20 min. The response and behaviour of the official was worst. I strongly recommend not to buy from snapdeal. What does it mean? After paying money customer is fool. They are making fool. There is breach in faith for this site. Worst experience.
