I had purchased so many things from snapdeal and I was happy. But this time, I got a shock. I had booked a watch "Timex Gold Date & Day Watch" on 2014-02-06 22:22:17. It got delivered today noon to my home. I came home and opened the pack. It was neatly packed as usual. In the end I opened the box, it is having warranty card of watch and 3 stones n the box instead of watch.
I called the customer care and registered complaint. They told they will call back. But did not receive any call yet.
