Snapdeal is one of the worst online shopping website. Snapdeal's consumer support service is also very bad. The products which are sold on this website are also very bad and low quality. The website should do efferts to increase its products quality. Shopping through snapdeal, as per my own experience is one of the worst shopping experience one can ever had. This eshopping website does not even has any toll free number where a customer can file complain related to the product or can send a replacement/refund request, free of cost. Whereas the customer care number which snapdeal provides had a very high call rate. The call rates are so high that sometime the customer cannot even file a complain or refund/replacement request as there whole balance is comsumed untill they reach to the complain/replacement/refund menu. I would like to share my own experience related to the shopping I made through snapdeal. It had ordered an back case for moto g second generation for an amount of 750rs on cash on delivery including delivery charges of rupees 50. But when the product delivered to my address I came to know that the quality of the the moto g second generation back case is very bad and cheap. It is a type of case which I can buy from local shops for an amount of rupees 250. Then what's the use of buying so much bad/cheap quality product which are available in local shops at so much lesser price. In short want to convey you that if a product is available to us at a price of rupees 750 and the same product in available at a price of rupees 250 in any other place that who will like to buy the same product at a higher price. So I will advice snapdeal to make efferts to charge price according to the quality of the product or if the quality of the product is low than you should charge low amount from consumer/buyer for that product.
There are also many problems related to refund and replacement of a product which you and I buy through snapdeal which are as follow -
When we buy a product through snapdeal the website does not provide any information related to the refund or replacement of the product which you buy. There as other eshopping websites which provides these information to the customers like flipkart and amazon.
When we sent an replacement/refund request related to a product we buy, it takes a long time period to process and accept refund/replacement request.
Even when the request is accepted it takes a long while to generate refund to the customer bank account.
So I would say thay it as worst experience shopping through snapdeal.
