I was surfing and suddenly I choose a headset to buy which I liked so much. And that was available on snapdeal.com at an affordable rate so I ordered it. The delivery time was good and packing was also very well packed as it was very sensible product. It was Nokia BH-503 headset which cost me 1095rs with free delivery so it was a good deal.But after sometime it showed its actual face. The product stopped working very soon. I was hoping that the snapdeal would only ship the quality product but no it cost me 1100rs of wastage. It showed its true colour.


I like about snapdeal that it provides good customer support and packaging is good that can travel for distance. I dislike about this is that it sent me bad quality product as I thought that it only has good products but nope it does not always have good products. May be it sometimes deliver good product but not always.


Online experience was good as it was very easy to find that product which I needed and the delivery time was also good and it was well packed but the product was not up to the expectation as it break down within 3 weeks and it cost me whole 1100rs.
