I have received faulty products from Snapdeal.com twice till date and thats why I had to return them back. However I got scared that I might not get my money back for I wanted a refund and not an exchange of the products. At the first time, I just had to make a call to the customer care service which then arranged for a pick up of the product.
A few days later(maybe 2), I received an email from Snapdeal asking for my bank details. I replied to their mail with the same and the amount of money that I had spent was deposited in my bank account within 24 hours. The second time, I didn't even need to call the customer care. I got it done on the website itself. The money was also deposited in my account in some 3-4 days. I must say, Snapdeal.com has impressed me with its return policy.
