Please find below my case history. written in Consumer forum portal from the day I have requested for Cancellation/Refund of my money.


This people make me run behind them every day for my money. The refund amount Rs.18999 is not credited in my account.


This is suppose to be gifted to some one on a special day. But the delivery was delay and now the refund very very delay.


They promised 3-4 days and after 3 days 7-8 days  and after 7-8 days nothing happened.


Product purchased on 10th Dec


Suppose to be delivered on 14the Dec


Cancellation was given on 15th Dec


Refund request was taken on 21st after continuous call on 15th, 17th, 20th and 21st.


Refund was processed on 21st and got mail stating 3-4 working days. exlcd sat/sun


Refund still not processed. its 26th


Refund was processed saying it will take 7-8 working days . excld sat/sun


Refund still not processed. its 5th Jan


Now, What are you people going to do.


You give me all silly reasons like. Demonetization, jaya died, Christmas, New Year. All idiotic silly reasons and what will you say. technical or your bank is bankrupt to repay me.


Shameless. You dont keep your promise. Such a shame of you.


I demand Rs. 20 lakhs for all the pain and agony I went through all these day.


You people ruined my anniversary, my christmas, my new year and everything.


You just Sit on customers complaints and do nothing. Go keep training your people with this standard templates. all brainless machines.

Hello, I purchased an iphone 5s silver with Snapdeal on 10th Dec with Order ID: 17190965086 and they promised me to deliver the product on or before 14th. I even made full payment so that they can deliver it at the earliest.But the product didn't reach on the said date 14th Dec. I was really pissed off. the next day I received a mail stating we will reschedule your delivery on 21st. I was suppose to gift it to some1 on their special day. Now whats the purpose of delivering the product after the special day. You guys screwed my day and my effort, money and surprise went in vein. Its a unnecessary stress to me following up with these people. I could have rather bought it from some showroom rather.


I called up the customer care no. 9212692126 on 15th requesting to cancel my order and refund the money ASAP. But the person with whom I spoke took my request but didn't close it and again I called up on the 17th and spoke to mohini and Rupsa to check the status and to my surprise the order was not cancelled and they asked me to return the product on delivery and they will initiate refund from their end immediately and I will receive my money by 21st without fail. So, I had to wait till 21st. 4 more days.


To have a check on the refund I called up customer care on 20th and spoke to Manmeet singh and he said that the refund request was not taken yet and he would process it ASAP and promised that the amount will be refunded to my account today i.e. 21st. but my money is still lying with them and I received a mail stating your amount will be credited in next 4to5 working days in my account.


Such a pathetic service I never had in my life with any online service. Snapdeal didn't keep their commitment on delivery and as well as on refund and the customer care agents also didn't close my request on the day I first called. This shows their inability to handle customer. Whats the purpose of spending so much money on advertisements when you can't keep your words.


Such a disgusting experience I had for the 1st time. Now its my money which is held up with them and I have to run being this idiots everyday. I would never recommend anyone to buy in Snap deal. Flipkart and Amazon are far far better than Snapdeal. Even their delivery date are less compared to Snapdeal. I have attached the screenshot of my order for further reference.


Think before you order anything in SNAPDEAL. Its a SNATCH DEAL. They will snatch everything from you and leave you helpless.

Received call on 24th Dec, Saturday regarding my complaint in snap deal and you wont believe I had the worst worst worst and worst explanation from this well trained robotic executives. All they had to said was that due to demonetization the bank will take 7 to 9 days to refund my money. Now, I don't understand, I made a cancellation request on 15th and after several followup from my end they took an initiative to refund me on 20th and after which I got a autoreply mail saying the amount will be credited in 3 to 4 working days excld sat/sun and now they say it will take more than day.


This executive from refund me had asked me to wait for 2 more days to get my money. Why should i. What i'm punished for snapdeal not delivering the product which I wanted on-time. i'm really and pissed off with these kind of services and they keep repeating the same thing "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". Why do need such executives who can keep repeating only this. Rather have a recording played each time we try to call you brainless machines. This executive even didn't have the courtesy to close loop the call, he just disconnected the when I was talking. Such a same on you guys. SNAP DEAL you have pissed-off me and you keep rubbing me on the wrong place.


Today(26th Dec) I again got a call from another brainless machine. saying the same phrase again and again "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". I don't understand, why do you people call me when you know you cannot give me a solution. if it is a company policy then why the hell you guys write a mail to me stating the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days. you guys will not understand my pain unless you go through it. I demand 10Lakh Rupees for the mental stress and agony I had to go through in these 10days because of the carelessness from your executive. if you guys want to take it further then i'm ready to take it up legally also. I have records of all the conversation I had with your executive and documented everything here.

Hello Team, I haven't received my money yet. its been more than 15days and I have been following everyday. How much more time do you guys require to return back my money back. You all are useless goose. You take your own sweet time in the name of System/Policy and all idiotic stuffs which you create and customer has to suffer. What about the time and the pain taken by me to follow up with your people. You keep saying the same idiotic reply every time. it will get credited in 3-4 days and they you say due to demonatisation it will take 7-9 days. My money is still not credit. I demand Rs.15 lakh rupees for the Stress and Pain I went through all these days and time taken to followup with you people to get my money.

I'm just keep writing mails everyday and nothing happens. What a disgusting service by this online shoppers. It been more than 20days and nothing happened. The refund amount is still not credited in my account. I demand 20lakhs for spending my time and energy following up with you guys everyday. I dont understand the exact reason. You people dont keep up your word and keep repeating the same template. Now all your deadlines are done. What is that you have next to say. Will it be some technical reason or your bank is bankrupt to repay me back. You brainless machines. Fed up with your service. your way of handling customer. irritating the customer with your standard template. ooooooooooooff. I'm done . and it time for you to repay for all that has happened due to you idiotic. stupied goossse. who are fit for nothing.
