I had ordered some items from Snapdeal(ORDER NO.: 3932422968) on 11th December 2014,  as Christmas presents and they were to be delivered by the 17th of December. It is now the 22nd of December and I have not yet received the packages.


The customer care blames the courier and tells me to get in touch with them, the numbers they gave me dont work and snapdeal refuses to take ownership of the issue and deal with it. I will not be using snapdeal for any more of my purchases going forward.
