This was my first experience of dealing with snapdeal and I swear it will be the last
25th Aug I ordered a Handbag for my fiance who is in Mumbai, thought I would surprise gift her and its been two weeks now hasn't been delivered to her yet.
When I called SnapDeal Customer Care they raised a complaint for me and assured me that this will be delivered within 24 hours and that they have escalated the issue, and nothing happened for next 48 hours.
I call Ecom express everyday to get my shipment delivered but they never get tired of postponing the delivery to tomorrow and its seems there is a backlog of employees in thane Ecom Express branch or wherever it is and the Ecom Customer care reps shamelessly inform me everytime I call "Sir employees nahi hai isliye deliver nahi ho pa rahe." I mean what the heck.
To what extent more can your team give a false commitment of delivery and how irresponsible it is from your side, when delivering shipment on time is such an integral part of your business .Your customers and your deliveries, your goals, your commitment. It looks like your employees just don't give a damn about. My parcel had to be delivered to a address in thane and your ecom courier office is also in thane.hardly half hour drive to delivery addresses it is.
I really wish founders of SnapDeal and Ecom Express read this.
There is no other way for a normal customer to escalate their matter,
SnapDeal customer Care or Ecom Customer Care or their supervisors they are all liars and irresponsible, they lie about ETA on delivery everytime you call.
