Do not believe all the positive reviews written here. They are paid reviews which means they are not true and are very misleading. I was robbed of my money and given a substandard product. I had ordered a kadai and when it was delivered, i found out that it was damaged and had no lid. I put a request for exchange. All i received was emails and smss from them.
But they didn't replace my product. Today i found out that the 7 day replacement period had passed. No amount calls got me justice.
