Recently I heard the news about snapdeal spending 200 crores for diwali marketing campaign. oh really! good strategy to spend on marketing and leave the customer support and delivery service in hell, who cares. In my recent experience with snapdeal see what is reality. their customer service support have come come in worse ever stage. everytime I call to their customer care they put my call on hold because of having excessive calls. after that they hang up without picking it. it is happening till today. even after inroducing snapdeal gold the service is getting worse. now they also remove the option of email support. they only help customer through their help center on their website, which is only a computer generated predetermined answer to only the specified queries. it means customer support is completly getting ignored in snapdeal. products deliveries are also getting late because of bad courier selection like GATI. their customer support reply but never takes action. if you shop on snapdeal, prey to god that your product dispatch by courier otherthan GATI, because if that happens they will make sure to turn your shopping experience from heaven to hell. SNAPDEAL+GATI= R.I.P.
