Just one month ago, I gave a bad review about snap deal about some shipping and other problems which I faced while ordering from SnapDeal but I never thought they will be quick enough to send me the response.
Within minutes they sent one and I was surprised that they are working Head to Head with Mouthshut to solve any review against them I got the reply within 7 hour and they solved the issue but I could have been happier if they would have fixed the complain without making me write on Mouthshut but still am happy that they are the only big online store who is working with Mouthsut to here the problem of their customer.
