I ordered a socket board last week. They gave me a faulty and poor quality product. But SnapDeal gave it a rating of 4.8 out of 5. I don't understand how in the world they came of with such rating for this product.
Another thing, they don't take give the refund for the products of price less than 1000. They give free recharge coupon of that amount.
After struggling for more than a week they took the product back, and I got free recharge coupon for equivalent amount. I have to download the Free recharge app to use that coupon.
In short - SnapDeal sucks when it comes to product return policy and quality control. They dont give you money back, even if they give faulty products.
Well, that was my last shopping from SnapDeal and obviously I dont recommend SnapDeal.
Shopping of SnapDeal is waste of money and time so be carefull guys.
They dont allow you to give the review for the product on their site. lol
