Paid Rs.35200 to snapdeal and not got the product. Review on Snapdeal

I have ordered Lenovo G50-70 laptop on snapdeal on 11-Oct-2014 and paid whole amount that was Rs.35200(please see the attached image for verifying the trueness of this review).

The product was to be delivered in BANGALORE(It's the where flipkart delivers the product on next day of order) but ok they gave estimated delivery date as 18-Oct-2014 so I was eagerly waiting for 18 oct but this snapdeal is so good company that they not only broke my trust but patience hope everything.

Today is 6-Nov-2014 and I have these questions:

Where is my product?

When will I get it? Will I get it or not?

Where are my Rs.35200 which I have already paid to snapdeal?

Will you ever call me back when you say that our experts will call you back in 4 hours?

The great thing is I called snapdeal  and please read the below rply from snapdeal.com

The status of product in my snapdeal account is showing shipped and when I track the order in ecomexpress.in they are showing status as returned to snapdeal.So I called ECOM courier also and asked them about this they said snapdeal has asked us to return the product back to them that's why we will return it to them.So I want to ask Snapdeal if you really had that Laptop or it was just a image to get the free investment of RS.35000 from the me and others.

I request you please never order any thing from snapdeal and even if you order never pay them before getting the product else you will be in the same state as I.

They will not pick call if they pick they pick the call they will say they will call in next four hours but you will keep on waiting for calls which you will never get from them.

Now if they return my money also then also what I will do.That was time of Diwali when I ordered and gave money to them instead of that I should have bought it from some other place as everyone else was also giving good discount but this cheater company(Snapdeal.com) stocked my money at that precious time.

I will just request snapdeal please respond back to me in really getting irritated with you.
