Normally snapdeal is good online shopping website, I purchases some products but I have experience that is all products are not good. First I purchase ear plug for sound noise. This product deliver in time but the price of this product is not good because actual product price is 15 Rs and snapdeal sale this product in 30 Rs so it is not good.
Second time I purchase blower for cleaning my PC. I got very good discount on this product but when I receive this product, it can't start. So I place replacement request. I receive messages for conforming my request and I send positive feedback. After some day snapdeal call me but I am on duty so I cant receive, after some time I call back more time but he not receive my call and after some days he automatically display . " U cancel replacement request " I wondered when I cancel my request.
I want to say that the replacement service of snapdeal is poor according to my experience. But snapdeal is good online shopping website as compared other websites.
