I am US based NRI .I ordered a RO system from snap deal which was telling me to deliver in 5 days and showing expected delivery date before or by 9 October .they offer Diwali deal .now it is 25 days past of expected delivery date and still did not deliver the item .their business model is worse .they take payment and ship and leave customer on their fate to tackle shipping guys and on their service .this was my Your Order No.: 3084835900 .
I bought other gifts for my family and friends which I thought to get it before Diwali and no hope if it will be before Diwali .better go to local shops .in India shipping logistics is still a night mare and no one take responsibility .no effective customer care .
No action taken by snapdeal so far .i want my money back and no further excuses .they are playing with mass people grabbing money in advance and not sending items .i faced same situation during common wealth games .they took ordered of shera toy .they charged my credit card and never sent the item no customer care .same thing with snapdeal.
You will not see any contact number of snapdeal anywhere . no one is going to get anything before Diwali if you ordered something to expect for Diwali gifts. It was my biggest mistake trusting things are improving in india .
No consumer rights in india .local stores have limited people around them and they care atleast for their reputation .these online indian vendors have no ethics .I am noticing most of fake positive reviews for snapdeal.
