Non Delivery of Onida LED 50inch TV

I have placed the order for "Onida LEO50FC 50 Inches Full HD LED Television" vide order no 3123839054 on 10.10.2014 by paying Rs Rs 43699/-.  The product should have been delivered by 20.10.2014. Till 20.10.2014 there was no reply from Snapdeal. After posting the issue on face book, We got a reply stating that it will be resolved soon.


During the last week most of the time, the customer care line either is busy or a reply was given stating that "the systems are under up-gradation call after 2 hours". During the day time it is very difficult to get the Snapdeal line. Hence, I woke up till 1.00am in the morning of 22.10.2014(waited for 10 minutes over phone) and raised the issue of non delivery of the above Order. A service Request #10780462 is given stating that it will be resolved with in 24 hours.


However except a mail from Snapdeal the issue will be resolved, nothing has been done so far. I have raised the issue with GATI the courier agency, wherein they have given the complaint no 12217646 on 20.10.2014. GATI people told that the product will be air lifted from Noida and arrangements will be made to deliver. But nothing has been done.


On the Gati web site(Docket No 580969204)the item still shows laying at Noida. I have informed over phone to the customer care and on e-mail on 22.10.2014, that if I don't receive the product latest by 25.10.2014 at my Bangalore Residence, please cancel the order and credit the amount to my account. However with continuous interaction with GATI the courier agency, it was informed that the product left Delhi on 27.10.2014.


But there is no reply from SNAPDEAL so far either thro mail or on Face book or over phone. I have waited for more than 19 days from the date of placing the order / after making the payment. I am posting this in Mouthshut so that the issue will be resolved early by SNAPDEAL. SNAPDEAL has to improve the services / communication with the customers and deliver the quality goods in promised time.
