Ive ordered a mobile(Yu Yunique) on 10-3-2016 with order id:15393461354 . I recieved it the packaging was ok but after using it for 15min I saw a dead pixel in the left bottom of the screen after I watched it I immediately registered for a replacement,
I got a email in which they said that u will get a response from our team in 48 hrs, so ive waited for 48 hrs . I still got no reply I called them for about 8-10 times, they have the same excuses they will resolve my problem in 24 hrs, I aslo emailed the, for so many times but got no response. So now today after talking to my father ive decided that if they will not help me by today then ill register a FIR against them and will expose these bullshits. I request you all plzzz dont buy anything from snapdeal, they not usually but always send fake items, they sucks, hey are creeps, they are thiefs and they are fake. If a snapdeal guy is watching this then I request you to change your name to SpamDeal this name well suits you creeps. Im writing here just bcoz I hope that may buyingiq guys will help me out and will resolve my problem with snapdeal.
