Don't buy anything from Snapdeal they are cheaters and Fraud.
First, they will show the cash back offer and once you completed your order they will give excuses and will ask for the screen shot of offer or they will say you need to chase with your bank for a refund.
Really bad service and worst experience. Would suggest you to don't buy from Snapdeal better to buy from Flipkart, Amazon where they give high priority to thier customer.
I booked the order on 26 Feb and order ID is 11996742708 there was 5% cash back if customer pay by HDFC card.
I have booked the order on 26th and now its June almost 4 months but till now I have not received the cash back.
I called to customer care 4-5 times but no one has responded with solution, Again today I called to customer care and Mr. Bhaktavar Singh has picked up the call and his behaviour was very rude I asked him 2-3 times to transfer the call to his senior staff as there was no solution from last 4 months but he didnt do that. he was asking for a screenshot of the offer while booking the order.
