Shopping at snapdeal. Review on Snapdeal

Recently I bought a led bulbs from snapdeal as well as paytm.

I brought 2 9W Eveready LED Bulbs from snapdeal and a combo of 3, 5, 7 W Eveready LED Bulbs from paytm.

I brought same company product from two different sites to compare rate and quality.

I found that snapdeal price was higher than and same quality as of paytm.

And the delivery was 6-7 days from placing order and packing of glass product as simply put in a carton box without any bubble wrapping.

Similarly I noticed the price of many products are higher compared to amazon, flipkart and paytm.

The delivery of products also minimum 6-7 days from the date of placing order.

Flipkart and paytm delivery between 2-4 days.

I bought a Wifi router even that was delivered  8 days after ordered date.

I enquired them for an MRF tyre for two wheeler. I placed a query on their website to the seller as well as customer support. They asked for http link of the product which I sent too.

I received only an acknowledgement mail from server but no constructive reply from customer support.

I asked whether the tyre comes with tube or without tube, the customer support guy is saying, it will be put on the site as tubeless or tubetype based on that it will be delivered.

The product list does not have anything like tubetype or as they say.

Also I found when the products page is displayed the rate is different and when you click on the product the rate of the product is increasing every week.

So, it looks like each site has their own way of delivery style.

I found flipkart and paytm to be well in packing and delivering compared to snapdeal and shopclues.
