My Name is Vipin Kumar I had purchased HTC Desire X from Snapdeal on 30-Oct-2013 Order number: 1384038601/suborder no. 1870966293 and the product received with invoice no. DE3B63/13/14/11019 was received on 6-Nov-2013.
The product box delivery was empty and not according to specification package mentioned on Snapdel webpage. I had raised issue against it on same day 6-Nov-2013 having complaint number 3819861. And it was said by customer service the product action would take 48 hrs and have the proper product. But still today its 9-Nov-2013 I did't have received any proper response/the product.
This is very disgusting situation for me.
