Poor Service from Snapdeal. Review on Snapdeal

I am really sorry to say this but I am highly disappointed with the service that I am receiving from Snap deal. So here is my story, I had initially placed an order for two products Order id: 1016045972 it was for tow products 1) Circle CM - 324 Optical Mouse USB Black, 2) Gigabyte R667 D3-2GI Graphic Card I had placed this order on the 2013-05-28 16:36:50 that estimated shipping date was 31st May 2013. The next day I logged on to snap deal to check the status when I found out that the product that I had purchased was out of stock. I immediately called up the customer care and spoke to a representative he rest assured me that my order wont be hampered and that I would receive my product.

That didn’t happen on the 31st of May I got a email from Snap deal saying that the product that I had purchased was out of stock and would be delayed in shipping for the next three days. I waited for another three days and then called Snap deal once again this time I was said that wait for another day and u will surely get the product and I did but again nothing happened. One thing that I noticed about snap deal is that every one keeps saying this “Wait for three days if you do not receive your product you cancel it” I mean how this statement is allowed for sales. I received the partial shipment for the mouse that I had purchased on time but was not very happy with the packaging. I was so frustrated that I finally called up Snap deal and asked them to cancel the order. Since I had paid through Credit Card I was informed that the payment would be credited back to me but it would take 7 – 10 days hearing this I was all the more disappointed and I waited thinking what to do coz I was not too sure. I kept talking to different representatives from Snap deal and every one kept saying “Cancel the Order” except for one who said that I could convert that order to SD Cash and that could be done immediately, so I found that it was good idea which was not it was the greatest mistake that I had made coz once you convert the money that you have paid to SD Cash it cannot be refunded. So I made another purchase (Your Order No. : 1029685377) for a similar kind of product which was and is In Stock by paying approx. 350 Rs. This purchase was done on 2013-06-04 19:55:15.

This product was supposed to be shipped on the 7th Of June 2013 and today is the 8th of June still not signs of the product being shipped. I just called up Snap deal twice some time back and the first representative was least bothered to help me and said “Our courier people do not work on Sat and Sun so there is not chance you will be receiving your product by Monday” I woke up early this morning just to speak to someone from snap deal coz everyone know how bad the call flow in Snap deal is. After experiencing such a bad service from Snap deal I read some reviews on mouthshut.com and found that I had made the biggest mistake of my life. Snap deal is rated 1 star on mouthshut.com hope that the CEO Kunal Bahl is aware about this he calls himself the master mind on the website, he surely is the true Mastermind but with cheating people.
