I had bought a Warmer cum sterilizer in snapdeal.com, the product was defective and I informed them about this. They had taken return of the product and agreed for a refund through NEFT. They sent me an email to provide my NEFT details, I replied to that email promptly. Post that, they had sent me another email asking for the same, I thought that they genuinely had not got my email and replied back again with my NEFT details.
This kept on continuing for more than a month and I replied more than 20 times with my NEFT details. I dint even get a single delivery failure report and all emails were in my sent box. To check, I kept my other email ids in CC and I received the emails in my other mail boxes promptly. If that's the case, how come only they are not getting my emails. I spoke to their customer care many times but no proper response. I raised a complaint in their website, I only received an acknowledgment email and no action further.
The refund is for 2059/- and they are doing this purposefully not to refund my money. I will definitely take this to consumer court and will not leave this as it is.
Snapdeal.com is such a fraud online store and please do not purchase anything from them.
