I have ordered a Nokia lumia 630 mobile phone from snapdeal.com.First of all the product box does not have a bar-code or manufacturer's stamp with details like month and year of the manufacture, MRP etc. on it, which is a clear indication that the product is not authentic at all.
When I opened the product box earphones were not found, after that when I switched on the phone, it was dead. What Kind of a service is that by the Snapdeal.comI want my whole money refunded ASAP, otherwise I will complain in the consumer forum.Snapdeal has shown what they are capable of when it comes to the delivery of authentic products now I will wait and watch their grievance redressal system, I wish I had never ordered through them.
