I strongly recommend not to purchase on snap deal. I have ordered one vacuum cleaner vide Order ID - 3137188128 on 11-10-14 but so far product is not received nor any specific response from snap deal. Snap deal do not maintain any toll free no for customer care.
Hence bonus in addition to mental tension is phone bill for every time at least 15 to 20 rupees & the result is vague answer "your request is under process", "problem will be resolved in 48 hours" We will get back to you in 48 hours. we have to understand 48 hours means 48 days or may be 48 months this is the tendency & attitude of snap deal. If this continues with in short time it will loose public trust particularly when hard earned money of public is not properly taken care for
