Fake company using public money. Review on Snapdeal

Don’t buy any Product on Snapdeal.com I have ordered 1st Order(2022499571) on 2014 a digital camera which is still no deliver to me after making the full payment on their fake website after 10 days I got the call from Snap deal stating that sir we are unable to process your order as product is sold out you have to wait till 1 Month I said no you cancel my order and refund my full amount the guy who called me he is in hurry to cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Again I have order on 17th Feb 2015(4976977745) there is a offer going on Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at 8652/- after 5 day I received 1 SMS your order is cancelled and I called up snap deal they inform me “sir we cannot process your order as product is sold out I told them I don’t have any problem to wait 1 Month but you gave me my product” very next day I received 1 more SMS stating that your refund is process.

Now guys please let me know what I need to do with this kindly of fake company.

I need to suggest Snapdeal they have to change their name Snake deal buy a product and wast the time and money.
