I recently bought a Samsung Grand Prime from snapdeal and when I received the delivery the mobile seal was broken, immediately called the customer care and made a complaint against the product at that time they assured me they will replace the product with a new phone or else they will refund my money back to my bank account. I have become more than 2-3 days still no replacement request was been initiated, so I called them again, they again assured me the same thing about the replacement, that the request is been initiated and next day my product will be pick up and after few days they will replace my phone but nothing happens I keep on complaining them, I talked to their Senior executive, after 1 months of continuous complaints the phone was picked up and I got my money refunded.
Never buy anything from Snapdeal. They have worst Service and their products are not genuine. Sometimes they delivered used products to the consumers.
