I had great experience buying from snapdeal.com. also at times when I returned the products the process was hassle free. the representatives are very polite and helpful. products are much cheaper than compared to flipkart or any leading online store. I like the wide range of products they have. I have bought several earrings and toys for my little son. also these products u don't get even in the normal stores. Only problem with this site is that they don't mention the dimensions of the product. that makes it difficult to buy things like earrings. because I like very light weight and small earrings. in pictures these earrings look so big.I had to return two pairs of earrings because those were very heavy.
overall a very good online shopping store.
