Recrntly I had a very bad experiance with snapde as I have purchased Bajaj popular E-Gas cooktop from snapdeal which on delivery found broken and I have returned it. They received my product and initiated my refund which I have not received yet. I have registered complaint for not getting my money. They asked me to share my bank statement and asked me to confirm with my bank. I have shared my statement and confirmed with my bank. After which they agree to processed my money but 5 months already passed and they didn’t returned it.
Now, they don’t even reply on my mails and on call they say your issue is in high priority and every time promise to resolve the issue but they don’t take any action.its been a month now still waiting for refund
