-I have ordered twice with Snapdeal and they were completed satisfactorily.
-With the same hopes I have ordered for an Electric tandoor from SD 7 days back. but it seems am goofed this time:(
-The order process was smooth as usual and I paid online through net banking.
-Next day I have also received an email stating about shipment of my consignment through Bluedart.
-But the tracking number was wrong and still am unable to track the shipment nor received the item through courier.
-Several emails to SD Customer care resulted in same replies every time. I guess CC executives copy+paste the same words for every complaint.
-I am really pissed off this time with Snapdeal as they are neither able track my shipment nor deliver it.
-My order number is: 1478056146.
-People who are ready to wait for years are advised to go with Snapdeal. :(
