Recent experience of ordering from Snapdeal. Order ID: 304341182
Complaint No: 10396739
- Product shipment did not happen on committed date and needed multiple follow-ups to initiate shipment
2.Delivery courier company details shared were incorrect as the company did not exist
3, Product delivered was inappropriate with missing dealer stamp on warranty card and fake/broken carry case
- Snapdeal acknowledged complaint and agreed for reverse pick-up/refund but inspite of multiple follow-ups through customer contact phone and emails theres been no revert. Overall feedback: I would avoid dealing with this company for any online orders in near future
