I happened to purchase two Toshiba laptops ( Order No. 717021340 ) on 6th of Sept and one of the laptops had a defect where in the keybord doiesnt function properly. As I was out of town, I opened the package 4 days after the order was received and after I was on the way to way to install windows did I realise that the keyboard was faulty.
They declined to replace the laptop since it wasnt reported to them in 48 hours.The best part is that Toshiba refuses to honor the laptop as the BILL that was sent by Snapdeal was FAKEE !
Toshiba require a re-seller to quote the Serial and Model no. of the laptop.Inspite of several rounds of complaints and email ( Ongoing since 6th Sept 2012 and still not resolved), they fail to send me an authentic bill !!!
Snapdeal basically sells you Refursbished products for which they dont have a bill.Utter chor company, PLEASE DONT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS thru Snapdeal
