My Order ID is 8895714608 . It was great shock that snapdeal has such a horrible service and no concern on customers issues. I bought a pair of shoes and wanted just to replace the order due to size issue. First issue was with app as unable to make a prepaid payment, hence went for a COD order. As I was not at home, I asked my wife to take the delivery but the courier was adamant enough to come to first floor and deliver the piece, once my house owner asked him kannada with a strong voice he agreed to deliver.
As size was not proper I tried to replace but app had enough issue to place the request, so my badluck I called up customer care, I shared the issue, Mr Arjun was kind enough to technically laugh at my issue on the call at my issue and trauma and mentioned very clearly they don't have much of a control on the app. Horrible service and horrible company, I would never suggest Snap deal to anyone and please don't go for the offers as you will surely go through the same. and I pretty much now I have to go through it again as I had placed a cancellation request and I guarranty that the courier guys will be kind enough to not pick the product and never return my money. Kudos! Snapdeal for this horrible service
