I have made few purchases from snapdeal in the past and delivery was in time but this time I had a worst experience.
I made a payment for purchase of shoes from Snapdeal around 10-15 days ago and haven’t received it yet. On the top snapdeal has pathetic customer support which neither understands the problem nor show any signs of offering help, except requesting to wait for few more days without even knowing the timeline after promised delivery date at least by which product will be delivered . Another interesting fact the customer support rep gave me is that they ran out of stock with the product and expecting the arrival of new stock, if that is the case, my question to snapdeal in the first place is why did you take the money when you knew the product is not in stock? I could have bought is somewhere else!!
Even to get the money refund I will have to wait for atleast 21, which is again not sure thing. At last I am left with no option but to wait to have snapdeal deliver product whenever it feels like doing it without bothering of any repercussions.
