Months back I placed an order on Snapdeal this was my first as I use to place order and go online shopping on amazon or flipkart, but after seeing some cool discount on snapdeal I though giving a shot. I order a pair of shoes from snapdeal, shipping time was okay though it was more than its competitor. Shipping time was almost half on other ecommerce websites but I still ordered.
After 5 days I received the shoes and here comes surprise different color of shoes than what I have ordered and I was shocked. Though there was a option of replacement and return but still how can you make such a blunder there is quality and service check from your side. I never order anything after that incident from snapdeal.
