Stay away from Snapdeal at all costs. Never commit your money to them, if necessary order COD and check the product before giving the money. Here's why:


My order number 2922024777(photo attached as proof of order), scheduled to be delivered on 29th September, not reached as of 2nd October. Snapdeal customer reps pretend to have no clue where the packet is. I just emailed Blue Dart courier guys and got an auto-mailer saying they are out of office till 6th October due to "vacations."


On contacting Snapdeal, this is the generic answer I get every time: "My team is working on it and will soon get it resolved. Thanks! -Avi"


I can bet you 100 dollars that the same Snapdeal rep is going to post the SAME apology here after I write this review. With this bureaucratic mindset, this Kunal Bali seriously hopes to beat the monster called Amazon? So this is my advice: AVOID SNAPDEAL LIKE THE EBOLA VIRUS. This is a level of s*t service that has not been seen since the Mughals invaded India and Mahatma Gandhi threw the British out. Happy Gandhi Jayanti.
