Didnt received the ordered product which is Dell laptop charger, only received its power cable and charger adapter is missing. Order id is - 23203612046.
Complained aboout the same in customer care, they are denying for refund. They asked me to fill the missing product complaint form. Which I filled and sent them through email. Even after sending this they are not refunding my money.
Want refund of 865 rs at any cost. otherwise will file a mental harassment case on snapdeal.
