I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 311 (P3110) Whit paying Rs 9500/- (good price) yesterday night from snapdeal and was really horrified seeing the reviews and experiences of people who have dealt with them. I wanted to cancel the order so I called the call center but was put on hold for 10 mts. The rep told me that the order had been already packed therefore I could not cancel the same.
This was the most ridiculous reply for an order that was not even 13 hours old. It was no point arguing so I went through their refund policy on the website and put in an official mail cancelling the same. Now need to wait for the refund now. Price is an important factor but not to an extent where you get ripped off completely. I think that's where mouthshut offers a lot of tips.
